Using the vendor list from the recent ICAST trade show, and issues from several outdoor fishing and hunting magazines, I visited the web page of every company with a working web site. That's over 400 in total. The products and services being sold ranged from boats to retail outfitters.
 
What I found may surprise you. Out of all the web pages that I visited, 9 out of 10 marketers are making a fundamental mistake that is reducing their marketing potential on the internet.
